Laudanum Forest have joined Uvumi.com.
Uvumi mission is to empower artists, promote widespread creation and consumption of art, and add value to the artistic community. The Uvumi community of artists and music lovers is rapidly growing after the61 dramatic change. Many friends that LF had on the61 are now on Uvumi.

A wanderful place for both artists and listeners was abruptly turned into a "slick" - autistic music website.
All the community features have been deleted and the only things left are some big band images and a stream of music that is impossible to control.
Laudanum Forest are, to say the least, confused. Apparently the owners of the61 have confused community activity with spam... So they removed the spam together with the users. LOL.

30000$ to produce an album and promote it (5440$ collected so far).
Every believer (investor) will receive one CD (at least). And can get more buying more parts (shares) - see "incentives" on LF sab profile page.
LF record all instruments themselves, but mixing and mastering will be done by a professional producer. To find out about that and to present you an example of how the tracks on the album will sound, LF have "challenged" a pro to beat their master of "Stop The Bleeding", a song with the names of our first load of believers on Sellaband. You can listen to the auto-produced version on the player there. And when the pro producer has finished his, both versions will be presented for you to compare.
